Manufactured lightweight composite parts for an electric racecar using resin impregnation, lay-ups, and consolidation techniques to optimize vehicle mass. Designed a high-strength car jack in CATIA and validated structural integrity by performing FEA stress analysis in Abaqus.
Programmed autonomous navigation and control algorithms for soccer-playing robots in ROS2, implementing vision and IMU sensor fusion for reliable multi-agent systems • Engineered a predictive tracking algorithm enabling the goalie robot to dynamically adjust to the enemy kicker, improving save rate by 65%.
